The Army Corps of Engineers schedules a series of public meetings regarding changes to lock and dam operations along the McLelland-Kerr River Navigation System in Arkansas, record numbers of Arkansas residents have voted early this year, and the Rogers School District has followed suit of several other area school districts and applied for federal Race to the Top grant money.
