We'll talk to Gary Ritter, the director of the Office for Education Policy at the University of Arkansas about the report. The Arkansas Department of Education yesterday released the annual achievement adequacy report for primary and secondary schools in the state. The state Department of Human Services says that more than 49,000 Arkansans have been automatically enrolled in insurance plans based on a formula by the Arkansas Insurance Department. the director of FEMA under President Clinton declares his candidacy for the Fourth District seat in U.S. Congress.
