Ahead on this edition of Weekend Ozarks at Large, we'll get ready for a trapeze-flying, steampunk circus in Alma, and we'll find out how the state is preparing for a voter ID law enacted by the Arkansas Legislature earlier this year.
Runners will take to the trails this weekend for the 37th Annual Hogeye Marathon. Kids will not be left out, as the third annual Hogeye Kids Race will take place Saturday.

And the Arkansas Department of Health is seeking about 100 former patients of a dentist who recently died. The ADH thinks that those patients may be at risk for contracting an infectious disease.

The Arkansas House is expected to vote on a proposal to expand Medicaid tomorrow, but even if the House passes the measure, a supermajority is required to fund the expansion. Dr. Joe Thompson, state surgeon general, gives us all the details on the possible expansion and how it relates to the federal Affordable Care Act.
