Roby Brock from Talk Business Arkansas the state's jobless rate, homes sales and more in his weekly business news recap.Bill Halter steps out of the 2014 race for Arkansas governor, leaving Mike Ross as the sole Democrat in the race. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says that Arkansans have a shorter life expectancy than the national average. And several highway projects announced last week by the Arkansas Highway Transportation Department will eventually become part of Interstate 49, but when that will happen is still to be determined.

Ahead on this edition of Weekend Ozarks, the area's first green cemetery, plus a conversation and silly questions with Frank Tavares, whose voice can be heard reading underwriting announcements on NPR.
We do a site visit at a new outdoor adventure park located just west of Eureka Springs. The 30-acre canopy zipline course, which traverses a long twisting valley, contains numerous exit and entry platforms, some in trees. Construction is complete. Ozark Mountain Ziplines is expected to open in March.
Two exciting assemblages tonight: an all-star concert at Fayetteville Underground and the Harlem Ambassadors in Bentonville.
