Early next month the organization called the Military Order of the Purple Heart of the U.S.A. Inc. will hold its annual convention in Rogers. Exxon-Mobil is laying the blame for the March rupture of its Pegasus pipeline in Mayflower on manufacturing defects, though the Sierra Club of Arkansas doesn't buy into the claim.
