The Arkansas Department of Health says that rates of lung cancer are decreasing in the state, due in part to higher anti-smoking awareness campaigns. Brooks Tipton wanted a flexible work life so he could continue to play music. He also wanted to give some under-appreciated Arkansas artists more attention. He figured out how to do both with a screen printing business.
