Dr. Rajiv Shah spoke at the University of Arkansas yesterday. In his lecture and the Q&A session that followed, he called for more public-private partnerships to invest in the developing world.The Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care is working to improve conditions at nursing homes throughout the state.
