On today's edition of Ozarks at Large, we celebrate the second anniversary of the show becoming a daily program. We are celebrating with the theme of cotton – the traditional second anniversary gift.Katy Henriksen has this retrospective of cotton, Arkansas, and music and how they're connected.
It's not uncommon to see clothing being shot into the stands using a T-shirt cannon at various sporting events. Ahead on this edition of Ozarks, the future of Northwest Arkansas. The Northwest Arkansas Council unveils the region's new brand, which the group hopes will attract new businesses to the region. And, new businesses mean more people coming to Northwest Arkansas, which can lead to more traffic. The Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission has a transportation improvement plan and we'll have more on that later.During tomorrow's First Thursday event, the Fayetteville Underground will host a preview show at its new location prior to its official opening in September.
