The Arkansas Civil War Sesquicentennial Commission is commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Civil War in Arkansas. The Civil War Sesquicentennial will be celebrated between 2011 and 2015.
Rich Collins is one of the founding members of the band The Imagination Movers. They’ll perform Saturday at 11am and 4pm and Sunday afternoon at 2 at Walton Arts Center.
