On this spring-fundraising edition of Ozarks at Large, the Southern Poverty Law Center in Alabama releases its annual “hate report;” and Northwest Arkansas plays host to the longest continuous Earth Day Festival in the history of Earth Day. This spring, a Hollywood casting agent started soliciting Eureka Springs residents to appear in a reality television series about the town. But as Jacqueline Froelich reports, an unknown number of Eurekans have signed releases to appear on a project they know little about.
