Ahead on this edition of Ozarks, a conversation with the director of special education for the U.S. Department of Education; she says many with disabilities are capable of learning anything and everything that those without disabilities can. Nearly 90 undergraduate students were awarded the Student Undergraduate Research Fellowship grants of up to $2,500 to conduct research. Joseph O'Neil is a senior majoring in horticulture in the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences.
