UA-Fayetteville Journalism Professor, Dr. Patsy Watkins, has volunteered her time to organize the state’s first index of historic photographs held in museum and library collections. The website has been constructed and is being hosted by Mullins Library Special Collections staff. Medically underserved individuals can secure care at twelve federally qualified community health centers in Arkansas. Some patients pay cash, on a sliding scale based on income.
