Rural Community Alliance will use a portion of the funds for a community revitalization project in Southeast Arkansas. Since it first opened more than thirty years ago, a regional landfill, operated by Waste Management in south Tontitown contained a highly valued resource. But now operators are recovering it. We travel to Eco-Vista, as it’s now called, to take a look.
