Members of the state's legislative joint budget committee wants to hold off on giving cost of living raises to members of the state's judicial system. And, an anti-abortion group wants state lawmakers to make it more difficult to purchase the "Morning After Pill."
January may be quiet at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks, but it isn't lazy.
