Essayist and recordist Joe Neal spent time beneath several local roosts to tell their story. He is coauthor of “Arkansas Birds,” as well as his latest book, “In the Province of Birds, a Western Arkansas Memoir.”Tonight, an artists’ forum for TheatreSquared’s Tigers, Be Still will be hosted inside the Fayetteville Public Library, or read some poetry with Clayton Scott at Nightbird Books.
