Deborah Rogers, a former Wall Street financial consultant, is founder and executive director of Energy Policy Forum. She spent several days in Fayetteville, speaking to civic and interest groups. Last week, Fort Smith officials were introduced to the idea of holding an urban deer hunt to help control deer populations in the Chaffee Crossing area.
