Deborah Rogers, a former Wall Street financial consultant, is founder and executive director of Energy Policy Forum. She spent several days in Fayetteville, speaking to civic and interest groups. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville is starting a new outreach program designed to heighten arts engagement at the collegiate level.
