Ahead on this edition of Ozarks, several Arkansas towns have been identified by the University of Arkansas to participate in a sustainability report card program. But as Jacqueline Froelich reports, some say a glut of tourist accommodations and vacation rentals are dislocating residents, forcing them to live out of town.
