Among many nonprofit events in the region this April will be Butterflies and Blooms benefitting Saving Grace, an organization that helps girls who have aged out of foster care.
We meet Tom Krohn, Arkansas Regional Coordinator for FrogWatch USA. Krohn hosts free workshops across the state, training citizen scientists to become certified frog listeners. Last month, the first Hindu temple in Northwest Arkansas opened its doors in Bentonville. We spoke with members of the Hindu Association of Northwest Arkansas, the organization behind the temple, about the building itself and how it will serve the community, both Hindu and not.
