The Arkansas Legislature continues its first week of the 88th General Assembly in Little Rock today. Monday, the House and Senate convened to begin the session and yesterday Governor Mike Beebe delivered his inaugural address to a joint session of the Legislature. Ozarks at Large’s Kyle Kellams listened to the speech and has this follow-up.
The Arkansas House opened the regular session yesterday and new Speaker of the House Robert Moore spoke to his fellow lawmakers.
