Ahead on this edition of weekend Ozarks, one local org is about seven days into a 20-day effort to find more big brothers for children in the area, and a daughter collaborates with her mother to write a book about what life was like in France before and during World War II.

The century-old national organization, Big Brothers Big Sisters, celebrates its 20th year in Northwest Arkansas this month. In honor of the anniversary and to fill a need, the organization has launched a 20 men in 20 days campaign.
Nicole Holland lived in Paris before, during and after World War II. She dictated the events of her remarkable life to her daughter, Brenda Hancock.
