The experimental Brooklyn ensemble killer BOB creates music from disparate influences including punk, jazz, and contemporary classical music. They play Smoke and Barrel Tavern tonight with locals The Chads and Egyptr. Expect a performance including props and color coordinated outfits. This weekend Theater Squared will let curious people see four plays-in-progress as part of the annual New Play Festival. Sunday, each of the playwrights participated in a forum at the Fayetteville Public Library that Kyle Kellams moderated. This week we’ll hear highlights from each of the writers. Clinnesha Dillon Sibley’s script “Uprooted” will be the first play to be presented.
