On Tuesday February 8th, voters in Carroll County will decide via special election to repeal a new county ordinance that established a Public Facilities Board--enacted to pipe water to the county. Carroll County is one of the last in the state without a public water supply. Critics say the board wields too much power, and places the county's water at future risk for privatization.
