Until their case is settled, children are placed provisionally with a relative, foster home, or children’s shelter. But as Jacqueline Froelich reports, a new state rule now allows emergency placement with “Fictive Kin.”

And, we take a trip along the Buffalo River nearly a year after a controversial swine breeding operation began business.
A nuisance algae, Didymosphenia Geminata, nicknamed “didymo” has been documented in the tailwaters of several dam sites on the White River Watershed.
