A for-profit medical facilities management firm, which leases the antiquated hospital wants to build a brand new facility on the outskirts of town. But to make it happen, the city of Eureka Springs will have to provide a major infusion of money.Becca says the Shiloh Museum's photo exhibit on medicinal springs in NWA is on display through December.
