The Arkansas Civil War Sesquicentennial Commission is commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Civil War in Arkansas. The Civil War Sesquicentennial will be celebrated between 2011 and 2015.
Today, “Crafts, Cocoa and More” for children under 12, and Christmas Ornaments Craft for teenagers will be hosted at Rogers Public Library.
