Ahead on this edition of Ozarks: the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery is four years old. There have been some bumps along the way, but the games of chance have provided hundreds of millions of dollars for scholarships. We'll talk to the lottery's second director, Bishop Woosley. Plus 40,000 students in elementary and middle schools across northwest Arkansas create art in a single day and the marvels involved with a staging of Carnival at the Alma Performing Arts Center.
