He was a medic in World War II and served during the D-Day invasion and at the Battle of the Bulge. And some of the sounds from a ceremony Saturday at the National Cemetery in Fayetteville as additional land was added to the location. As a result of I-540's construction, the traffic on old highway 71 has been reduced dramatically and many of the businesses that thrived on that traffic have closed, but not all of them. As Luke Gramlich reports, one business is still welcoming visitors.
