He created his guitars, mandolins and fiddles by hand…and used springs, saw blades and Dixie cups to construct them. The only Arkansas city with a domestic partnership registry just passed a resolution in support of providing access to health insurance for domestic partners of city workers. The problem is the city's health care insurance provider prohibits such benefits. Jacqueline Froelich reports.
